Access to Online EXPO Panel Video Access is located at http://aderradownloads.com/ascap2012 (the "Site"), and is offered to You, the individual user, by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers ("ASCAP"). By accessing and using the Site via the user code provided to you by ASCAP, you confirm that (i) you are the person to whom ASCAP issued the user codes or (ii) you are an authorized representative of the company or organization to whom a user code was issued. You may "cache" pages for the sole purpose of increasing the speed and efficiency at which you access the Site in the future, and may download those pictures or videos that are available on a download basis. However, no other copy or use of any portion of the Site is permissible.
